Hi, I’m Dr. Soumya Nandan Mishra, currently working as an Assistant Professor in the School of Computer Engineering at Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal. I received my Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Guwahati under the supervision of Dr. Manas Khatua. I received my M.Tech. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from NIT Rourkela, and my B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from IIIT Bhubaneswar.

My current research interests include the Internet of Things (IoT), Wireless Sensor Networks, and Routing Protocols for mission-critical IoT applications. I am also open to interdisciplinary research in Cyber-Physical Systems, Edge Computing for IoT, Industry 4.0 networks, AI/ML-driven network optimization, and secure and resilient communication systems.
